Halfords for Business homepage offering cycling and motoring benefits for employees

Overview

Halfords has kept Strange Tech on as the dedicated tech team for halfordsforbusiness.com since the site went live in 2023.

The site serves employers and benefit providers. They come to it for Cycle2work, gift cards and wholesale, and sign in to manage their accounts.

No other agency was involved. UX, UI, visual design and the build were all ours, on Microsoft Power Pages and Dynamics 365. The first release took a couple of months.

What We Built
The team that built it is the team that runs it.
  1. UX and information architecture for Cycle2work, gift cards and wholesale

  2. UI and visual design in the Halfords for Business brand

  3. Build on Microsoft Power Pages, with Dynamics 365 behind it

  4. Account sign-in for employers and benefit providers

  5. Wholesale section covering more than 10,000 product lines

  6. Maintenance and changes since launch
