Editor's note: Diego is our office dog. He insisted on contributing to the blog. We're not sure he understands what a deploy is.

Today was a big day at the studio. The humans were doing something called a "deploy." I'm not entirely sure what that means, but it seemed important based on how many times they refreshed the same screen.

My Contributions

8:00am — Arrived at office. Immediately checked for treats. Found one.

9:00am — The humans started typing very fast. I supervised from my bed.

10:30am — Someone said "it's in production." I wagged. This seemed like the right response.

11:00am — First nap of the day. Essential for maintaining focus.

12:00pm — Lunch. I had kibble. The humans had sad desk lunches. I won.

2:00pm — Something went wrong. Lots of typing. I offered moral support by existing nearby.

2:30pm — It was fixed. More wagging.

3:00pm — Second nap.

4:30pm — Final checks. I sniffed the air authoritatively.

5:00pm — "We're live." More treats. Best day.

Key Learnings

  1. Deploys require supervision
  2. Treats improve morale
  3. Naps are non-negotiable

I look forward to supervising more deploys in the future.

Diego is available for walkies, belly rubs, and enterprise security consultations.
